Kahilu Exhibits was pleased to welcome back Hawaiʻi Handweavers’ Hui’s Biennial Juried Exhibition. Surrounded by Water is an international exhibition juried by Stacie Robinson, a Research Ecologist with NOAA’s Hawaiian Monk Seal Research Program. This year’s exhibition was first on view at Downtown Art Center in Honolulu. Award-winning artworks, as well as those created on Hawaiʻi Island, traveled from Honolulu to Kahilu for the second leg of this traveling exhibition.
