The Songwriting Hoʻike is the culminating performance of our advanced Songwriting & Production Intensive, featuring original music created and performed by talented young artists. Guided by experienced mentors, participants explore songwriting, composition, studio recording, music production, and live performance while developing songs inspired by their personal stories and connection to Hawaiʻi. Throughout the program, students refined their work through collaboration, feedback, and rehearsal before sharing their original pieces with the community. With enrollment limited to just 12 participants, this unique program provided individualized mentorship, meaningful artistic growth, and an unforgettable opportunity to celebrate the next generation of Hawaiʻi's songwriters.

This event is free and open to the community. No ticket is required for this event.
