Join the Kamuela Philharmonic for the 2026/27 Concert Season at Kahilu Theatre and experience four unforgettable Sunday afternoons of extraordinary orchestral music, captivating guest artists, and performances that bring our community together.

Under the direction of Artistic Director and Conductor Brian Dollinger, this Philharmonic’s season takes audiences on a musical journey across continents, traditions, and generations.

The journey begins with MasterWorks I: Colors of Scandinavia, featuring pianist Dr. Thomas Yee performing Grieg’s beloved Piano Concerto in A minor alongside music by Rautavaara and Sibelius.

In January, MasterWorks II: Tchaikovsky Discovers America! celebrates the music of Tchaikovsky while shining a spotlight on the talented winners of the Kamuela Philharmonic Youth Concerto Competition. Always a season highlight.

Spring brings MasterWorks III: Glorious Expressions from Russia, an afternoon of passion and sweeping Romantic expression culminating in Rachmaninoff’s magnificent Piano Concerto No. 2 with guest pianist Lorraine Min.

Then we close the season in style with the return of the Kamuela Philharmonic’s fabulous POPS! Concert—a feel-good celebration of beloved music from Broadway, film, and beyond.
