Kanaka ʻŌiwi cultural leader Keʻeaumoku Kapu and his family fight to reclaim their ancestral lands in Kauaʻula Valley, Maui. Through family histories, community memories, and nearly two decades of legal battles, the documentary traces the lasting impacts of colonization, plantation agriculture, militarization, and development on Native Hawaiian land and water rights. Blending archival materials with contemporary community life, it is a powerful portrait of Indigenous resilience, cultural sovereignty, and the intergenerational responsibility to mālama ʻāina for future generations.

Unauthorized commercial resale of Kahilu Theatre tickets is prohibited. Tickets purchased from Kahilu Theatre are intended for the personal use of the purchaser and the purchaser’s guests. As a matter of its Ticket Purchase and Resale Policy, tickets may not be purchased for the purpose of unauthorized commercial resale, and Kahilu Theatre therefore does not authorize third-party ticket brokers, resale websites, or other commercial resellers to purchase or resell Kahilu Theatre tickets unless expressly identified by Kahilu Theatre as an authorized ticketing partner. To enforce the terms and conditions of this Policy, Kahilu Theatre reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to (a) cancel ticket purchases reasonably believed to have been made for unauthorized commercial resale; (b) invalidate tickets offered or transferred in violation of this Policy; (c) refuse admission when a ticket has been obtained or transferred in violation of this Policy; and (d) restrict or terminate future ticket-purchasing privileges of persons or entities that violate this Policy. By purchasing a ticket from Kahilu Theatre, the purchaser agrees to the terms and conditions of this Policy. Accordingly, a ticket purchased from an unauthorized commercial reseller may be invalidated, and the ticket holder may be refused admission to the Theatre. Kahilu Theatre therefore strongly recommends that tickets be purchased only from Kahilu Theatre or an expressly authorized ticketing partner.
