Discover the joy of flight in our beginning dance trapeze class. Students will learn the foundations of dance trapeze, such as how to mount and dismount, along with basic poses and transitions. Short sequences may also be explored. Focus will be on developing proper form while comfortably moving under and over the bar, beginning to explore dynamic movement, and developing knowledge of basic aerial vocabulary.

Level up your skill set in this intermediate aerial class that transforms the practice of individual shapes into continuous sequences and fluid choreography. Join us for Intro to Partnership Dance at Kahilu! Discover the elegance and romance of the Latin Rhumba in this 8-week beginner ballroom dance course. Beyond learning steps, this course emphasizes the art of partnership. Learning lead and follow, students will gain a deeper understanding of how the dance works, accelerating learning and improving confidence. By the end of the course, you'll have the skills to dance the classic slow Rhumba with smooth movement and the communication skills that make social dancing so enjoyable!
